The Private Developers Buying Group (a trading subsidiary of Samedeal Ltd) negotiates prices directly with manufacturers and national distributors, enabling The Private Developers Buying Group’s customers to obtain the best deals which can be accessed locally.

The Private Developers Buying Group was established in 2017 to meet the requirements of three distinct client groups.

The Private Developers Buying Group provides access to quality, branded, tried and tested products at highly competitive prices. Developers and Landlords are given additional support from the manufacturers, giving them access to “Contract Prices” which are often significantly lower than “Trade” prices.

Access to these “Contract Prices” is only available through an annual membership fee (from: £33.33+VAT).

We have been supporting the Public Sector in realising cashable savings for their housing stock for over seven years. Combined with over 37 years’ experience in the repair and maintenance industry, we are in a strong position to provide each client group the best prices, supported by manufacturers through a simple, transparent process which is available through national distributors.
